We are pleased to share our 2022/23 Recipient of the Irish Heritage Scholarship/Internship, Alvin Reese!

Alvin S. Reese, Sr. was born and raised in Philadelphia PA, and has always had a love for the arts. His first love was modeling and fashion, graduating from the Barbizon School of Modeling. Now after years of marriage and raising two children, he is now semi-retired from the Community College of Philadelphia.

It was there that he had the opportunity to study his love for acting and theater, earning himself a certification in acting. With over 40 years of experience as a property & facilities manager, he will be merging the operational side and the creative side of this spring's production, while working with the directors and crew to ensure the best show possible. He is excited and thankful for this scholarship/internship opportunity in Technical Direction and we are excited to have him!
